Instruction Steps on How to Set Up Candidate Onboarding Emails in Simply Agile Jobs


  1. Navigate to the Simply Agile dashboard.

  2. Select the "Settings" option located in the left-hand corner.

  3. Choose "Email Setup" from the menu.

  4. Toggle the "Candidate Applied for a Job" button to enable it.

  5. Customize additional email options, such as inviting a candidate or notifying when a candidate is onboarded.

  6. To update the email content for any specific option, click on the "Update" icon button, make your changes, and then click "Update" to save.
